CardVault Privacy Policy

CardVault is a privacy-first app by Tokens Billionaires Club LLC ("TBC," "we," "us," or "our"). CardVault is designed so the cards, images, notes, and other information you add stay on your device. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information.
1. Information CardVault does not collect
We do not collect personal information through CardVault. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, card details, images, notes, location, device identifiers, usage activity, crash logs, analytics, or advertising identifiers through the app.
CardVault does not require you to create an account with us, and we do not build advertising or tracking profiles about you.
2. Information stored on your device
The content you create or save in CardVault, including card entries, images, labels, notes, categories, and related app data, is stored locally on your device. We do not receive, read, store, or recover that content.
You control your local app data through your device and the app itself. If you delete the app or delete content inside the app, that local data may be removed according to your device's operating system behavior.
3. Camera, photos, files, and permissions
CardVault may ask for access to camera, photos, files, or other device features only when needed for app functionality, such as adding a card image, importing an image, saving an export, or sharing content you choose. These permissions are used on your device. Granting access does not send your photos, files, or content to us.
4. Sharing and exporting
If you choose to export, save, print, or share content from CardVault, that action is initiated by you. The destination you choose, such as your photo library, files app, messaging app, email app, printer, or another third-party service, may process the exported content according to its own privacy policy and settings.
5. iCloud, backups, and device services
Your device or operating system may offer backups, iCloud, file syncing, photo storage, or similar services outside of CardVault. If those services are enabled on your device, your local app data or exported files may be handled by Apple or another provider according to your device settings and that provider's privacy policy. We do not control those services.
6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
CardVault does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising.
7. Sensitive information
CardVault gives you control over what you choose to store locally. If you save sensitive information in the app, you are responsible for keeping your device, device passcode, biometric unlock, cloud backups, and sharing destinations secure. We cannot access or recover your local CardVault content.
8. Support emails
If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or other details you include. We use that information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our records. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
9. Children's privacy
CardVault is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. Because we do not collect personal information through CardVault, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar laws. Because CardVault keeps app content on your device and does not send it to us, you can access, update, export, or delete your app content directly on your device. 11. Changes to this policy
We may update this CardVault Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
