Postmark Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Postmark is a privacy-first app by Tokens Billionaires Club LLC ("TBC," "we," "us," or "our"). Postmark is designed so your postcard projects, photos, text, and creative content stay on your device. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information.
1. Information Postmark does not collect
We do not collect personal information through Postmark. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, postcards, location, device identifiers, usage activity, crash logs, analytics, or advertising identifiers through the app.
Postmark does not require you to create an account with us, and we do not build advertising or tracking profiles about you.
2. Information stored on your device
The content you create in Postmark, including postcard projects, images, layout choices, stickers, text, and related app data, is stored locally on your device. We do not receive, read, store, or recover that content.
You control your local app data through your device and the app itself. If you delete the app or delete content inside the app, that local data may be removed according to your device's operating system behavior.
3. Photos, files, and permissions
Postmark may ask for access to photos, files, or other device features only when needed for app functionality, such as importing an image, creating a postcard, saving an export, or sharing content you choose. These permissions are used on your device. Granting access does not send your photos, files, or content to us.
4. Sharing and exporting
If you choose to export, save, print, or share a postcard, that action is initiated by you. The destination you choose, such as your photo library, files app, messaging app, email app, printer, or another third-party service, may process the exported content according to its own privacy policy and settings.
5. iCloud, backups, and device services
Your device or operating system may offer backups, iCloud, file syncing, photo storage, or similar services outside of Postmark. If those services are enabled on your device, your local app data or exported files may be handled by Apple or another provider according to your device settings and that provider's privacy policy. We do not control those services.
6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Postmark does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising.
7. Support emails
If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or other details you include. We use that information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our records. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
8. Children's privacy
Postmark is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. Because we do not collect personal information through Postmark, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar laws. Because Postmark keeps app content on your device and does not send it to us, you can access, update, export, or delete your app content directly on your device. If you believe we hold personal information about you, contact us using the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Postmark Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
11. Contact us
