Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tokens Billionaires Club LLC ("LearnShelf," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the LearnShelf mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By using LearnShelf, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider (and, with Apple, optionally a private relay email if you choose to hide your address).
- Purchases. When you buy a course or ebook, we record which products you own (your "entitlements") and the date of purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are processed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and we receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the messages you send and our replies.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Learning activity. We record your progress through courses and books (for example, the lesson or page you last reached, and completion status) so you can resume where you left off across devices.
- Usage and analytics data. We collect events about how you use the app (for example, opening a course or book, starting a lesson, and completing a purchase) to understand and improve the Service.
- Device and technical data. We collect basic device information (such as device type, operating system version, and app version) and diagnostic data needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
1.3 Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera input beyond what is strictly necessary to play or display the content you have accessed.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- deliver the courses and books you purchase, including streaming video and enabling offline downloads;
- save and sync your learning progress across your devices;
- verify entitlements so that only people who own content can access it;
- process and confirm purchases and provide receipts and support;
- understand usage, diagnose problems, and improve the Service;
- communicate with you about your account, purchases, and important service changes; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you sign up for and the content you purchase.
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud and unauthorized access to paid content.
- Consent — where required, for example for certain analytics; you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. We use third-party infrastructure and tools to run the Service, including:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions, and analytics);
- Google and Apple for sign-in;
- Apple App Store / Google Play for payment processing.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LearnShelf, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain purchase and entitlement records for as long as necessary to honor your access to purchased content and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and time-limited signed URLs for media delivery so that paid content cannot be accessed without a valid entitlement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your account and associated personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- port your data to another service; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tokensbillionairesclub.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
8. Children's Privacy
LearnShelf is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@tokensbillionairesclub.com and we will delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
We operate using cloud infrastructure that may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
